“Micropiling” is a specialised and economical underpinning process we use to reinstate support to existing buildings with steel reinforced concrete columns when the most appropriate remedial solution requires founding depths typically between 2 - 10mts below ground level. This can be due to poor founding soil type or quality, effects of nearby trees, drains, site cuts, filled sites, etc. We specialise in tight access situations with unique purpose built plant and equipment.
